Pamela Pitt

Founder and manager of the firm Pamela Pitt has advocated for the rights of employees in a wide variety of industries.  Ms. Pitt's experience includes cases of wrongful termination, employment discrimination, reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities, sexual harassment, and retaliation.  Ms. Pitt also represents clients in housing discrimination and public accommodation matters. 

Before practicing law, Ms. Pitt attended Texas Tech University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968.  In 1973, Ms. Pitt received her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law.  She is a member of the Legislative Committee of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).   Ms. Pitt has been a member of the California State Bar since 1991 and the Texas State Bar since 1973.
